Was in the castle restaurant as part of the culinary autumn. A beautiful location with the flair of a village inn. Well maintained. Very good conditions. The food is very good. This applies to the menu, a la carte I would give a good. In terms of price, completely within the framework and definitely recommendable.

Traditional Bavarian cuisine in a cultivated pub atmosphere. Fresh, regional ingredients, taste in the first league! In addition to the classics, there are many seasonal dishes. Delicious beer and good wines. Friendly, quick and attentive service. Reservation is compulsory, sufficient parking spaces in front of the house.

Very delicious dishes in an idyllic setting. Here you can not only swim in the forest, but also literally culture. It is a pity that the castle did not allow a visit.

We visited the Schloßwirtschaft Wildenwart with four people at the end of October. We had reserved the table by phone as a precaution. When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner and immediately shown to our table. The menu was clear. It contained great dishes. We were quickly supplied with the drinks we had ordered. The dishes ordered were also served quickly. In terms of taste, everything was at the highest level. The portions were ample. The prices are reasonable. The service was friendly and courteous. Nothing can be complained about here. The currently valid regulations for Corona were meticulously adhered to.

Very good kitchen. A varied daily menu, there is something for everyone. The hygiene concept due to Corona has been implemented well. Wait staff were very friendly 🤗👍. THANK YOU for a nice evening.

Outside everything was full but we were allowed to take a seat inside (keyword Corona). Very attentive but not intrusive service. We had the salad with chanterelles and the beef fillet with chanterelles. We found both very tasty. With pleasure again!

Have stayed here twice in the last week. Lunch because we enjoyed and tasted it so much! Traditionally furnished inn with regional cuisine at a very high level. Very friendly and dedicated service. Nougat curd dumplings must become an integral part of the dessert menu !!

A lot of operation, so the service was burdened accordingly. The dressing was forgotten in my salad. My husband's schnitzel was burned. I will not visit this place again.

We came to a fully booked house on Saturday evening without reservation. The ultra-friendly hostess accommodated us easily and the food was incredibly fast and excellent. Very clear recommendation.

My relatives love the place, but me... There is one single vegetarian meal, which are spinache dumplings. They're ok and all but do get old. Staff is friendly, food is expensive but good but it's just not my place to be honest. You might like it, give it a try! It's a personal thing for me.

Actually, everything sounds like 5 stars at first glance, the food tasted very good, the service fast and friendly, the beer garden quite nice and shady. But for good country food, there are too often French fries as a side dish, the roast pork was too dry for over € 11.00 and the side salad came 15 minutes before the meal (much too long). It can also happen that not everyone at the table is seated at the same time. The prices are not too high for that, but it is not cheap here either, as the portions also allow for a dessert. In the inn it is quite dark in summer, characterized by wood and (tastefully) quite oppressive. The service team climate is also depressing, there is an irritated tone between the colleagues, which unfortunately you can also hear as a guest. It's not very professional. Last but not least, the inn can only do it to a limited extent, unfortunately the majority of the audience comes from Schnöselhausen (M). You can tell that unfortunately in the tone of the service staff, not nice either. But bad behavior is never nice. So heaped up but almost unbearable. From my side: YOU CAN SAVE A VISIT WITH CONFIDENCE.
